Organisational Structure
The organizational structure of the National Productivity Centre comprises the Council as the
policy-making arm, and the Management as the executive arm. The Management is made up of the office of the Director-General
and five functional departments of Administration and Finance, Agriculture and Rural Productivity, Finance and Supplies, Information
Services and Publications, Management Labour Productivity, and Technological Services, all headed by Directors. Attached to
the office of the Director-General are units such Public Relations, Internal Audit, Council Secretariat, States Offices as well as
Policy Analysis and Research Unit.
